A little bit about me...
I grew up in Biddeford and currently live in Portland with my wife Chevaughn and our pup Frank. I got my start in real estate as an investor buying multi-family properties. Shortly after, I decided to make the jump to dedicate my entire career to helping others accomplish their goals through real estate.
My personal investing career includes a single family conversion into a duplex, DIY renovations and unit turns, managing contractors for larger scale renovations, house hacking, a 1031 exchange, a seller financing deal, and utilizing equity through a commercial line of credit for future projects. This experience gives me so many tools to help clients in creative ways to get started or level up their portfolios. Real Estate is such a powerful tool for wealth generation and financial security. My career as a Realtor allows me to share my passion with others and help them make life changing investments whether it be a starter home or an 8 unit apartment building.
